Nigeria – Massacres in Borno State (1 July 2015)
France condemns the attacks committed on 1 July in three Borno State villages which killed nearly 150 people.
We extend our condolences to the bereaved and the Nigerian authorities. The perpetrators of these barbaric crimes, which affect all Nigerians, whatever their faith, will have to be held to account for their acts before the courts.
France expresses its support and solidarity to Nigeria. It stands at its side in the fight against terrorism. (…)./.
