King Charles III to visit France from 26-29 March 2023

President Macron will welcome His Majesty King Charles III on a State visit to France from 26 to 29 March 2023.

This State visit, the monarch’s first before his coronation, is an honour for France and illustrates the depth of the historical ties uniting our two countries.

It also symbolizes the friendly and trustful relationship between the French President and His Majesty The King, who have closely cooperated in the past on the protection of biodiversity and the fight against global warming.

The President will host a State dinner for the monarch and the Queen Consort at the Palace of Versailles on 27 March.
